Terms of Sale

Credits for Parcel North and other tagmac.dev services. Last updated 4 November 2026.

Credits

• 1 credit = €1. Prices are in euro only.
• Credits are valid for one year from the day they are added to your account; unused credits expire after that.
• Credits are final once sold. We refund unused credits only if a service fails because of a fault on our side, or if we close the service.
• Starting at once. When you buy credits you ask us to make them available immediately and you accept that, for this reason, the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days does not apply once the credits are added.

What you get

Parcel information comes from public official sources and from our own data. It can be incomplete, out of date or wrong. It is general information, not legal, survey, planning or investment advice and not a valuation. Check anything important with the competent office or a licensed professional before you act on it.

Our liability

The service is provided as it is. We are not liable for decisions you take on the basis of it. If we are liable for anything, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for credits in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

Fair use

Accounts are personal. Automated or bulk collection of data from the service is not allowed; we may suspend an account that does this.

Price changes

We may change credit prices and the credit cost of a service. Credits you already hold keep their euro value until they expire.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus; the courts of Nicosia decide disputes, without removing any protection the law of your country gives you as a consumer.
